Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Classify.tools website and the Classify Shopify Apps (the "Service") operated by Classify.tools ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

2. Shopify App Specific Clauses

Our services are delivered primarily through Shopify Apps. By installing our apps, you grant us permission to access your Shopify store data as described in our Privacy Policy and required for the app's functionality.

3. Billing and Refund Policies

All billing is handled through the Shopify App Store. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage the Service, the services of any third party, or the general business of Classify.tools.

5. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
